Kindness Carnival

Join us August 16th at Fred Miller Park for a Kindness Carnival. This is a free event for the community. There will be games, prizes, snow cones, cotton candy, face painting, vendors, food trucks, and more. Stay after the event for a Star Light Cinema showing of Wonder presented by Parks and Rec of Hamblen County. As we start a new school year, we need to spread anti-bullying awareness.
